Return Policies
Our goal is your satisfaction. If your pod arrives damaged, it can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as we are notified within 3 business days after you receive it. Please notify us via e-mail and include your order number. You must provide us with a valid e-mail address. If you wish for an exchange, please also include a valid physical address for shipping your new pod. Once you have returned your damaged pod(s) to us, we will ship the replacements or process your refund.
